We can’t thank you all enough for checking in with us by watching our videos and leaving encouraging comments (19 on the last post alone!)! In today’s video you can see me reading all of your comments to the students during our evening devotional time. They really enjoy hearing from you, so don’t stop now!
FYI: Everybody here is split up into “crews”, which means none of our students are working with each other this week. They have a team of five other people from churches all over the country and we’re all working on different projects… Which is why there isn’t much footage of any of our students working during the day.

Good morning everyone,
These videos are wonderful! Thanks for sharing them with us. Also Jake, Bryan, and Erin – we can’t thank you enough for taking our 12 youth and 1 stuffed squirrel on this mission trip.
Keep up the good work kids as it looks like everyone is having a good time!
In God’s Love,
Carol

Brittney,
I understand Jake retrieved my comment so it finally made it through. Can’t believe Mom is having better luck with technology than me (need I remind you of her video taping as an example?).
It looks like you are having a great time. What an opportunity to meet some new people, help out some folks who need it and grow in your faith.
See you on the 23rd.
Love, Dad, Mom and Blake

Thank you for the entertaining video this morning! I think Brittney could write a whole story on the travels of the stuffed squirrel. Becca, keep up the vocabulary work with the “Word of the Day,” Kelly, thank you for looking out for everyone’s comfort, and Megan, PLEASE keep anyone who thinks they could make friends with the bears, such as Mia, AWAY from the bears! Safety first!:)
Thank you, to all of you for your hard work. Know that you are making a difference, not only at Red Lake, but at St. Mark, also. Your example of serving others is one we all can learn from. In closing, remember this from 1 Corinthians 16:13-14, “Be alert, stand firm in the faith, be brave, be strong. Do all your work in love.”
Love,
Robin (aka Siri and Mia’s mom – love you!)

Thanks for sharing the videos and keeping our members informed on the great work you are doing. It also looks like there is some “fun” involved! I can’t wait for Owen to go next year so maybe I can tag along. You are representing St. Mark in a wonderful way and this is a trip you will remember your whole life. It amazes me how much you have all grown since the old days of Sunday School when Tom and I taught. I knew then that you were a great group. God is good!
Peace and Love,
Sue
